I feel that I have been moved around alot with my work, every year I had to fix new problems and contribute to achieving numbers for issues that were currently there. The first 1-2 years I was doing sales and getting sourcing requests and service meetings, and making commercial videos for Japanese suppliers. In the 3rd year I became a unit manager for overseas marketing, responsibility to find new lists by different services, mail marketing, and make the supplier-studio website, and now my unit is changed to Sekai Connect, prioritizing 55 sourcing requests per person. I feel a bit taken advantage of for tasks that other people cannot do or dont want to do. But I am a person who doesn't complain much, and I can adapt quite easily. I feel that my actions have shown that I commited a lot of my life's time to work and tried my best fulfilling expectations, and that I have grown in certain experiences. I am always willing to try and collaborate with colleagues to face new challenges.

It's suitable for people who want to think and collaborate together to achieve growth and success.

As long as the targets are met, the work environment is flexible, but people often spend late hours to achieve the targets and think of new ideas to improve the numbers. So it is a company where performance and growth on a monthly basis is important.

When colleagues recognize my work, and that the achievements of other departments also are a large part due to my contribution. And when my strenghts are appreciated, and allowed to work on projects related to that.
